The Cleaning process we use 

The majority of carpet cleaning undertaken by Carpet Genie is cleaned using our Hot water extraction method. We choose this method due to the excellent deep down clean and great results. These fantastic results are obtained using our comprehensive 8 step clean as outlined below; 

1. We start by carefully moving furniture to enable the cleaning process to begin

2. Once the carpet is clear we perform a thorough vacuum of the carpet using our commercial grade vacuum, this not only removes the dry soil it helps to lift the carpet pile

3. We apply a pre spray solution to the carpet and treat any spots requiring special attention

4. Using agitation from our contra rotating brush machine, we work the pre spray solution deep down into the carpet pile to begin breaking down the dirt ready for extraction

5. Our high pressure water extraction machine is used to remove the dirt, dust and allergy causing particles from your carpet and home to our machine outside

6. We apply stain protection if requested

7. Now the carpet is clean, we return your furniture to its position placing it on protective pads or blocks as necessary

8. Finally we groom the carpet pile to aid fast drying and give your carpet that finishing touch      - The room now looks and smells great
