Carpet Genie was founded in 2006 to provide Professional Carpet, Rug & Upholstery cleaning for all your residential and commercial cleaning needs

We provide competitive prices whilst still maintaining our very high standards, our customer's know they can trust us to look after their home. Over 45% of our work this year is from returning customers or their recommendations

Our knowledge is derived from manufacturer specific and external training courses, which are refreshed regularly in order to maintain the highest standards and get the best results with the chemicals and equipment currently available.

We are proud members of the NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association).  In order to join and be registered, various training courses and exams must be passed.  More information on the NCCA can be found here - www.ncca.co.uk

We approach every carpet cleaning job on an individual basis and choose the most appropriate treatment methods to suit the situation.  Some carpets, however, cannot be restored by cleaning due to type, age or wear damage and it may be more cost effective to replace, if this is the case we will advise accordingly.

A  carpet survey will be carried out, and we will discuss costs and arrange a final quote with you before commencing work.
